As the coptic practices (monophysite/ diophysite) influenced modern day Christianity, Islam, Protestantism, in additon to other perrenial outlooks of the first known science. The concept of the herbs being for the healing of nations became a staple motif for those seeking enlightenment of the mind, heart, spirit, and soul. The Quran mentions: '
Allah (s.w.t.) has recommended us to
“eat what is lawful and good in the Earth” (2:168).
Searching through the Qur’an further, we can identify what foods are beneficial; nthese include honey
(16: 68-69), vegetables such as corn and herbs
(55:12, 80:27-32)
and fruits such as olives, dates, grapes, pomegranates
(6: 99,141), and bananas
(56: 28-33).

In the bible:

Genesis 1:29 - God gave humans every herb bearing seed and every tree with fruit for food.Proverbs 15:17 - A dinner of herbs with love is better than a stalled ox with hatred.Luke 11:42 - Jesus rebuked the Pharisees for tithing mint and every herb but neglecting justice and the love of God.1 Corinthians 3:17 - God's temple is holy and anyone who destroys it will be destroyed by God.Proverbs 17:22 - A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.

The medical treatments described in the Ebers Papyrus include the use of natural substances such as plants, minerals, and animal products, as well as surgeries, incantations, and other forms of medical intervention.

The text provides valuable insights into the medical practices and beliefs of ancient Egyptians, and is considered to be a valuable resource for researchers studying the history of medicine.
